• Minimum Deposit: ৳ 200 (two hundred BDT).

• If a match or event is cancelled, the stake will be refunded.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, 11 Bet reserves the right to settle bets at the correct odds or void them entirely.
• 11 Bet is not responsible for missed bets on live betting due to connectivity issues.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 11 Bet. Any violation will result in permanent account closure:

• Using bots, automated software, or any technical means to exploit the system.
• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.
• Attempting to fix matches or influence the outcome of any sporting event.
• Stealing another member's information or hacking their account.
• Operating an account under a false identity or with fraudulent documents.

11 Bet reserves the right to suspend or close an account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• Violation of these Terms & Conditions.

• Failure to complete identity verification or failure to submit the required documents.
• If your account has been inactive for an extended period (12 months or more).
• Under a legal order or directive from a regulatory authority.

Members may request account closure at any time. Any remaining balance will be returned through the standard withdrawal process, provided there are no outstanding disputes.
